By experimenting on close friends and having a large supply of cold libations, we came up with some serious stuff to make the absolutely best oven-baked spicy chicken wings you will ever eat! (And the cool thing is, you can make a variety of heat levels from one bottle.)

For those who like a little "ZIP" but don't want the full "ZAP". We removed some heat and added a nice maple & hickory smoke flavor. It is a bit Wild but Mild on the heat level.
