Tried this sauce a long time ago along with its partner the green ghost. Much like its counterpart, the sauce severely lacks the advertized bhut jolokia heat and flavor.Red Ghost does have a tasty zing to it however with moderate heat as it builds. It's great on mexican or latin cuisine.Good beginner chile head sauce.

I did not particularly care for the taste of this one. All I can taste, in order is extract, vinegar, salt, and cayenne. I cannot taste habaneros or ghost peppers.

The ingredients are all there to make a great sauce but the mix is clearly off. I really believe the order of ingredients is wrong. The salt is unnecessary -- a little bit of sugar would probably help this sauce out a lot, and less extract and more peppers would have turned this into a fantastic sauce.

This sauce may be passable on burritos in a very small amount, but that's the only use I could see for it. I find it is not quite hot enough to only use a few drops, and not good enough to want to use anymore.

The heat is all there though. It is very thin, so it is easy to spread around so you don't get a mouthful at a time. I want to say it's around 200k.
