Texas BBQ Sauce

Texas BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
 Directions:
  • Saute the onion and garlic in the butter. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 5 minutes or until thick. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
