Simple BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tbl cooking oil
  • 2 tbl Vinegar
  • 2 tbl Brown packed sugar
  • 4 tbl Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Catsup
  • 3 tbl Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • hot sauce to taste
  • salt to taste
 Directions:
  • Combine ingredients; stir and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Transfer to a blender and throughly blend, making a smooth sauce.
  • Excellent served on any kind of meat.
