Maple Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients and brush on all sides of meat. This is enough to cover approximately 3 pounds of beef, pork or poultry. Broil, grill or bake; basting frequently with sauce.
