Chef's BBQ Sauce Recipe

Chef's BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1c Oil
  • 2 1/2c Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2c Brown sugar
  • 5tb Prepared mustard
  • 3ts Salt
  • 5tb Worcestershire
  • 5c Catsup
  • 3 1/3c Celery, cut fine
  • 1/2c Vinegar
  • 3pt Water
 Directions:
  • Saute the onions and celery in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes. Thicken with cornstarch, as desired. Very good with weiners, or other appetizers.
