BBQ Sauce 57
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ketchup (Hienz 57)
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
 Directions:
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Simmer on medium high. Whisk until smooth. Bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until sauce has thickened.
