BBQ Pineapple Chicken

BBQ Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. barbeque Shake'n Bake
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
 Directions:
  • Coat chicken with shake 'n bake and place in pammed casserole. Cut green pepper and onion into small chunks; put on top of chicken. Pour pineapple and juice over top. Bake, uncovered, for 45 mins @350°.
