Orange BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
6 ounces chili sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons Chinese Black Vinegar
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
Hot sauce to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
Stir to blend then bring to a boil and let it cool.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups. Will keep for a brief period if refrigerated.
Serve with Barbecued Ribs, roast chicken or beef.
Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before using.
