This sauce is not all that hot (maybe a 4 or 5 of 10 on a heat scale), but it is quite hot for a habanero based sauce.

Where this sauce really shines is in flavor; this is one of the best tasting hot sauces. If you are a fan of Marie Sharps, try this. This is the best tasting of all of Melinda's hot sauces, and most every one of Melinda's sauces are at least good if not great tasting.

I used this with chicken and spanish rice. I really liked the flavor of this with the diced tomatoes in the rice, they mixed well. This would also be excellent on tacos or a burrito.
