Harbys Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:
1c Water
1/3c Vinegar, white
3tb Cornstarch
6tb Sugar
1/2c Ketchup
1tb Soy sauce
2ts Onion powder
1 1/2ts Paprika
1/2ts Garlic salt
1/2ts White pepper

Directions:
Mix very well. Heat in 2 quart saucepan, stirring constantly until thickened and clear.
