The green in this ghost hot sauce comes from the 5,000 scoville units of Jalapeno and of course included is the Naga Bhut Jolokia the World’s Hottest Pepper with 1,000,000 scoville units. Added in for good measure are 200,000 scoville units of Habanero. Add it all up, and you got all kinds of hot!

Ingredients: Jalapeño, Habañero, Naga Bhut Jolokia peppers, capsicum, vinegar, & salt.

I was so excited when I found this sauce and its sister the Red Ghost. I was expecting extreme heat but was let down. HOWEVER..what the sauce lacks in advertized "extreme heat", it makes up in serious jalapeno/lime flavor. Great beginner sauce!
