BEST EVER, my favorite. I run out of this, all my other hot sauces languish in my cabinet. Favorite use:Add 1/2 TSP to a 64 oz bottle of Vegetable Juice or V-8, drink 1 large glass daily to start my day. 2nd favorite use, added to top of homemade pulled pork sub sandwiches. YUM!

This stuff is great for adding heat to larger quantities of food, but it's not as good on it's on. If you're used to a lot of heat and want something you can eat on crackers and chips of as a dipping sauce you'll find that the extract taste in this sauce is a little off-putting. For a ghost sauce I prefer Melinda's Naga Jolokia. It's about the same heat, but without the use of extracts.
