Brazilian BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
3 c red wine vinegar
1/4 c crushed red chiles
1 c onion
2 t parsley
2 t garlic
1 t sugar
1 t kosher salt
1 t dried basil
1 t dried marjoram
1 t rosemary
1 t dried thyme
Directions:
combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for up to 4 weeks use as a basting or dipping sauce
