Jamaican BBQ Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1½ cup Cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Catsup
⅓ cup Tomato puree
Directions:
Combine in a blender or by hand. Use right away or refrigerate in a sealed quart jar.
