Jalapeno Garlic Ranch Dip Recipe

2 Jalapeno Peppers, washed and finely chopped
1 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup low-fat milk
1 envelope Ranch dip mix
1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
3/4 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
2-3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Note: You can substitute the fresh parsley with fresh dill for a slightly different taste to your dip.

In a large blender container combine all of the above ingredients in the order that they are given in the recipe. Process the mixture in the blender for 1 to 2 minutes or until it is creamy and smooth. Spoon your dip into a small bowl and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow all the flavors to infuse. Serve with your favorite appetizer snacks as a dip on the side.  For a nice look, you can use a hollowed out green or red pepper as your serving vessel.
