Hot Wing Sauce Recipe

12 large chicken wings
3 tablespoons butter, melted (not margarine)
3 tablespoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons ground Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
If necessary, cut apart your chicken wings at the joint and place into a marinating container. Discard wing tips. In a large mixing bowl combine together all of the rest of the ingredients in the order they are given in the recipe until well combined. Pour the sauce over top of the chicken wings and place lid on top of your marinating container. Shake the container up so that you coat all wings evenly with the sauce. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
You can bake your hot wings in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or place them onto a hot preheated grill and grill each side for 7 minutes or until done. Serve with your favorite Blue Cheese or Ranch Style Dressing or you can add a side of additional dipping sauce for those that love their wings HOT.
