Hot Pepper Relish Recipe
- 12 sweet peppers (green and red)
- 12 hot red peppers
- 12 med. onions
- 2 c. sugar (according to taste)
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- Grind peppers and onions. Set overnight to get juice out.
- Pour into colander or cloth and let as much juice drip as possible.
- Add peppers and onions, and rest of ingredients.
- Cook until done over low heat. Put in jars while hot.
