Carribean Jerk Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp onion flakes
- 2 tspns dried mixed herbs
- 2 tspns sugar 2 tspns salt
- 1 tspn ground allspice
- 1 tspn black pepper
- 1 tspn cayenne pepper
- ¼ tspn nutmeg
- ¼ tspn cinnamon
Directions:
- Method Place all ingredients apart from the chicken into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Lay your chicken out and rub spice mix into the thigh leave to marinade for 1-2 hours and then grill on a medium heat grill for around 20 minutes.
