Carribean Jerk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 2 tspns dried mixed herbs
  • 2 tspns sugar 2 tspns salt
  • 1 tspn ground allspice
  • 1 tspn black pepper
  • 1 tspn cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tspn nutmeg
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Method Place all ingredients apart from the chicken into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Lay your chicken out and rub spice mix into the thigh leave to marinade for 1-2 hours and then grill on a medium heat grill for around 20 minutes.
