Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized Flour Tortilla
  • 2 tbs good quality Salsa
  • 1 tbs Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs shredded Cheese
  • 1 Egg, whisked with Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Lime
  • Hot Sauce

Directions:

  1. In a medium-low heated skillet, scramble whisked egg with a little olive oil. When done, sprinkle with shredded cheese and turn off heat. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, warm tortilla in the microwave for a few seconds, on a plate. Then, brush with a thin coat of olive oil and top with scrambled egg. Smother with salsa and squirt a little lime juice. Garnish with cilantro and a lime wedge. Serve with hot sauce.
