Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce with Jersey Fury Hot Sauce Review

Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce with Jersey Fury – The sauce doesn’t even sound like it plays nice. I’ve had plenty of Blair’s ultra hot sauces. There are enough of them, believe me: Blair’s Mega Death Sauce with Liquid Rage, Blair’s Original Death Sauce, Blair’s Pure Death with Jolokia, and now Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce with Jersey Fury.

Just what the hell is Jersey Fury anyway?

Like all of the Blair hot sauces, this is over-the-top hot. It’s dangerous, simple as that. Blair sauces also have the distinction of tasting great on top of the heat. There are no preservatives, which truly does shine through when you taste the sauce.

The overall flavor note of the Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce with Jersey Fury is a peppery taste. This comes from a combination of habanero, cayenne, serrano, and jolokia peppers. Yup, that’s what I said. Four of the big dogs in the pepper world, all combined for your dining pleasure. Absolute phenomenal, that’s what it is. The kicker is this: The very reason this sauce is almost inedible is what makes it so damn edible.

The trick, of course, is to use it in small doses and use it as a mixer with other foods. It is too hot to eat by itself.

Blair’s Ultra Death Sauce with Jersey Fury is a beautiful sauce. All of the Blair sauces are. Flavor intense and hot enough to keep you wiping the buckets of sweat from your forehead. In addition to the peppers in this one, you’ve got a little garlic and salt. That’s it. This truly is a pepper sauce, with the heat coming directly from the peppers and not extract.

I love this hot sauce. I don’t know what the jersey fury is, whatever it is, it’s fantastic. The trick is definitely to use a drop and incorporate it into the food you’re eating. I put it in my scrambled eggs in the morning (one drop, sometimes 2 if I’m exceptionally brave)I mix it into the mayonaise I use when I make my sandwiches. I also have put a drop in my salad dressing and poured it over my greens. Besides it being insanely spicy, it does have wonderful flavor. We’re on our second bottle. Upon purchasing our second bottle, the cashier wanted to make sure we knew it was extremely hot. After we informed her it was our second bottle, she probably thought we were insane. The sauce is worth the insanity.
