Baked Chipotle Pork Chops Recipe

Anything that can make my cooking methods easier is what I am looking for and I am sure that means the same for you too.  We love pork chops but frying the heck out of them is just not a method that is the healthiest or the easiest sometimes.  Here is a great recipe for baked pork chops with some chipotle peppers for that smoky flavor with a bite of spice that will take the stress out of what’s for dinner.

The recipe does call for browned chops, but you can throw them on the grill if you want so you don’t have to fry them.  These come out moist and full of flavor that you will not believe!

1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup orange juice
