The Buffalo Chicken Wing has become a staple in our homes and restaurants since it was invented at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York.  Their original sauce is a combination of Cayenne peppers, distilled vinegar, liquid margarine, salt, spices and garlic which gives it a nice spicy kick which you can cool off in a dip of bleu cheese on the side.  A classic Buffalo Chicken Wing.
