Made by an established caterer, this Chipotle sauce has the flair of the Orient with the infused flavorful spice of Cumin. The added Cilantro flavor to the Chipotle pepper in this sauce is also reminiscent of the South of the border flavors. I use it as a Taco sauce and a Curry sauce substitute and it works great for both. Finding new ways to use this sauce is a fun treat for me!

 

Ingredients: Canola Oil, Honey, Water, Lime Juice, Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Chipotle, Cilantro, Cumin, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Benzoate to preserve natural flavoring.
